BMW Maintenance and Repair

Some of our customers regard their BMW as a comfortable tool for transportation, to some it's the toy they have wanted for some time and to others still it is a family friend. We are honored so many rely on us at Tunxis Service Center to maintain and repair their BMW, whether it's a tool, toy or family friend.

Sylva and Mark consider advanced training as a key to their successful careers as Master Technicians. They recently attended an intensive 2-day seminar on a variety of topics ranging from BMW module coding and programming to maintenance and pattern failures. They always value an opportunity to exchange diagnosis and repair experiences with other accomplished men and women if the field.

Pat researches BMW recommendations and technical service bulletins for each particular vehicle before they are serviced. He also makes the technicians aware of any specific customer concerns. Any services or repairs we may recommend are explained and prioritized for our customers, based upon the technicians input. We feel our job is to give our customers the information they need to make an informed decision.
